We provide a 14-day return policy as follows:
We will accept return requests for products within 14 days from the date the order was received.
The product must be returned in a new, unused state, and in its original packaging. If the product was damaged during delivery, it should be returned in the condition it was received in.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please send an email to us with your name, address, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return.
Kindly note that return requests should be submitted via email only and not through our online chat or customer service phone number. Our representatives do not have access to customer personal information due to our internal privacy policy and thus cannot assist with return inquiries.
Upon receiving your written request, we will provide further instructions on how to return the product(s). Failure to provide written notice will be considered as irrevocable acceptance of the products and an admission that they fully comply with all the terms, conditions, and specifications of this agreement.
Please allow 7 business days for your returned product(s) to be processed and store credit to be issued. During peak seasons, additional processing time may be required due to increased volumes. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
RETURN SHIPPING COST
Please be aware that customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
EXCHANGES
We generally do not accommodate exchanges for purchases, with a few exceptions. If you wish to return a new and unused item, please follow the return policy. Store credit will be issued upon receipt of your items, which can then be used to place another order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you discover any issues with your order upon arrival, please email us with a photo of your entire order, the damaged/defective items, and a brief description of the issue, so we can assist you further. Each inquiry will be addressed on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction
